Edgar N. Romano

Edgar N. Romano serves as our managing partner and represents injured workers and other clients in workers' compensation and personal injury matters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Romano has litigated workers' compensation claims involving workplace injuries, occupational exposures, asbestos, and industrial irritants. His professional leadership has included serving as president of both the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group and the Society of New York Workers' Compensation Bar Association.

Jordan A. Ziegler

Jordan A. Ziegler is a senior partner whose practice includes workers' compensation, personal injury, Social Security Disability, and civil service disability retirement pension matters.

Mr. Ziegler also chairs our Civil Service Disability Retirement Pension Department and has worked extensively with police, law enforcement, utility worker, and building trade organizations throughout New York. He lectures on workers' compensation, personal injury, disability benefits, and related issues and has served in a number of professional and community leadership roles.

Victor Pasternack

Victor Pasternack serves as managing partner emeritus and Of Counsel. He has more than four decades of experience representing injured workers and individuals seeking benefits after workplace and other serious injuries.

Mr. Pasternack has served for decades with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and has lectured on workers' compensation law for attorneys, workers, and other professionals. He was elected a Fellow of the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers in 2012.
